Al-Hussein University College holds a training course entitled (Developing Electronic Skills) In accordance with the directives of the esteemed Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to implement the National Strategy for Education and Higher Education for the year 2024 and under the patronage of the Dean of Al-Hussein University College, Professor Dr. Saleh Al-Qarawi, the Continuing Education Division held a training course entitled (Developing Electronic Skills) today, Monday, corresponding to (9/30/2024). The course, which was managed by Professor Dr. Sabah Al-Jaberi and delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Aqil Abdul Karim, a faculty member at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology / University of Karbala, included several axes, including explaining the concept of information systems and their importance in increasing work efficiency, organizing and storing data, and also their contribution to avoiding crises that the institution may face. It also touched on the five components of information systems and their mechanism of action. It also showed the most important benefits of using information systems within the institution in terms of accelerating access to information, reducing time, effort and material costs, documenting data and ensuring that it is not lost.
