The unit is administratively linked to the Dean’s Office and is responsible for handling all requests and complaints from citizens, including (visitors, students, faculty members, and staff).
To provide the best services to all citizens.
To maintain direct and continuous communication with all relevant entities concerning citizen affairs.
To reflect a civilized image of developed societies and institutionalized states.
To promote values of integrity and transparency regarding citizen affairs related to the college.
Receiving citizens and collecting their complaints or requests by filling out a special form and presenting it to the Dean, then taking the necessary actions as per the instructions.
Following up on complaints and requests in the college’s departments and units until a final decision is made, and informing the applicant either through phone contact or email.
Receiving requests or inquiries via the electronic form or email and responding to them.
Directly supervising and organizing the meetings with the Dean.
Contributing to the Electronic Citizen Government initiative by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers by entering citizen requests into the Electronic Citizen Government system.
Submitting an electronic monthly report of completed requests from the unit to the Dean’s Office.
Raising awareness of the role of the Citizen Affairs Unit through classified ads, pamphlets, and seminars.
