Al-Hussein University College holds a training course entitled (Developing Human Resources in a Way That Matches the Change in Organizational Structures) In accordance with the directives of the esteemed Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to implement the National Strategy for Education and Higher Education for the year 2024 and under the patronage of the Dean of Al-Hussein University College, Professor Dr. Saleh Al-Qarawi; The Continuing Education Division at the college held a training course entitled (Developing Human Resources in a Way That Matches the Change in Organizational Structures), on Sunday (10/13/2024). The course, in which Asst. Prof. Dr. Muslat Shaaban Hussein, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the college, lectured, aimed to explain the importance of change in organizational structures and the necessity of selecting competencies to fill leadership positions. It is worth noting that this course was managed by Prof. Dr. Sabah Al-Jaberi and targeted faculty members and employees.
