An Inspiring Field Visit to Warith International Institution

Faculty members and students of Al-Hussein University College organized an inspiring and educational field visit to Warith International Institution.

During the visit, the students were introduced to the latest medical technologies used at the institution. They had the opportunity to explore diagnostic radiology departments equipped with various imaging devices, including X-ray machines of different types, mammography devices, fluoroscopy machines, spiral CT scanners, as well as therapeutic radiology. They also visited advanced laboratories known for their unique technologies, such as the tissue culture laboratory and the genetic analysis laboratory, in addition to many other advanced laboratories like chemistry and hormone laboratories.

The visit was marked by fruitful interaction with the hospital's medical instrumentation engineers, who provided detailed explanations of how the utilized technologies operate. Notably, the majority of these engineers were alumni of Al-Hussein University College, which fostered a sense of pride and belonging among the attending students.

Such visits significantly contribute to enhancing practical knowledge, refining students' skills, and bringing them closer to the world of advanced medical technology.
