Al-Hussain University College Organizes Training Workshop on Electronic Archiving System

As part of its continuous efforts to develop administrative and technical competencies, Al-Hussain University College organized a training workshop entitled “Electronic Archiving System” on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, under the supervision of the Continuing Education Division and the Information Technology Division at the college.

The workshop was led by Dr. Rasool Mohammed, with trainer Eng. Ibrahim Saleh presenting the workshop’s topics in detail. The session included a comprehensive explanation of the mechanisms for implementing electronic archiving systems within higher education institutions and their importance in preserving and facilitating access to academic and administrative files and documents.

The workshop witnessed wide participation from the college’s staff from various departments and administrative units, who showed great interaction with the training topics due to their significance in improving administrative performance and promoting the concept of e-governance.

This activity comes as part of a series of training programs that the college is keen to organize to enhance the efficiency of its employees and keep pace with technological developments in university work.
