The Iraq Education Conference – Second Edition 2025 was launched at the University of Baghdad, held in Al-Hakim Hall, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research from October 11 to 13. The event was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, representatives of international organizations and missions in Iraq, as well as presidents and deans of Iraqi universities and colleges, and a large number of professors and academics.
Al-Hussain University College participated in this prominent academic event with a delegation headed by Prof. Dr. Saleh Mahdi Maarij Al-Quraawi, the Dean of the College, and included:

The college’s delegation took part in the opening session of the conference, as well as in the scientific and dialogue sessions that addressed the latest developments in higher education and methods of enhancing the academic and research environment in Iraq.
This participation comes as part of Al-Hussain University College’s commitment to scientific openness and active academic engagement with higher education institutions inside and outside Iraq, contributing to the advancement of university performance and the achievement of sustainable development goals in the education sector.
