Scientific seminar entitled: The concept of management, administrative decision-making, and the best methods for analyzing and solving administrative problems for the purpose of developing performance levels in the institution

In accordance with the directives of the esteemed Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to implement the National Strategy for Education and Higher Education for the year 2024 and under the patronage of the Dean of Al-Hussein University College, Professor Dr. Saleh Mahdi Maaraj Al-Qarawi, the Continuing Education Division at the college held a scientific symposium entitled: (The concept of management, administrative decision and optimal methods for analyzing and solving administrative problems for the purpose of developing performance levels in the institution) presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Khadir Hashim Al-Barqawi, Director of the Center for Environmental and Renewable Energy Research at the University of Karbala. The symposium included the following topics: - Avoiding randomness in administrative work and avoiding interference and intersections in the implementation of tasks. - Adopting advance planning as a way to implement, follow up and evaluate the work and activities completed by the institution's formations.. - Fairness in distributing tasks and its role in achieving job satisfaction among members and the importance of the latter in consolidating belonging to the institution and obtaining the highest levels of performance. - Finding a logical evaluation mechanism for the academic institution’s formations that is equivalent to the annual performance evaluation of the officials and members of those formations, with the aim of diagnosing the strengths and excellence and identifying indicators of weakness and deficiency in the annual performance of those formations and the objective evaluation of their leadership. The seminar was attended by faculty members and employees and was moderated by Professor Dr. Sabah Rasool Al-Jabri.
