Scientific seminar entitled: Developing e-management skills

In accordance with the directives of the esteemed Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on implementing the National Strategy for Education and Higher Education and under the patronage of the Dean of Al-Hussein University College, Professor Dr. Saleh Mahdi Maaraj Al-Qarawi, the Continuing Education Division at the college held a training course entitled: (Developing E-Administration Skills) The course was lectured by Assistant Professor Dr. Nashwan Jassim Hussein Al-Khafaji, a faculty member at the college. The course included two axes. In the first axis, the lecturer focused on the importance of continuous and increasing development and improvement of electronic administrative work to link its elements with the traditional administrative process. As for the second axis, the lecturer indicated that a deep look at the transformation of traditional departments into electronic departments reveals that it is a qualitative shift in work methods, administrative organization, development of legislation, and development of human resources, which is positively reflected in the overall image of management in educational institutions and leads to overcoming the problems of routine and administrative backwardness and other negatives that many traditional departments suffer from. The training course was attended by a number of faculty members and employees and was managed by Professor Dr. Sabah Rasool Al-Jabri.
