Scientific seminar entitled: Protection from cyber attacks through cybersecurity tools

In accordance with the directives of the esteemed Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the year 2024 regarding holding training courses in the field of cybersecurity and under the patronage of the Dean of Al-Hussein University College, Professor Dr. Saleh Mahdi Maaraj Al-Qarawi, the Continuing Education Division held a training course entitled (Protection from Cyberattacks through Cybersecurity Tools). The course was lectured by Assistant Professor Dr. Nashwan Jassim Hussein Al-Khafaji, a faculty member at the college, where he addressed the definition of training programs designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to protect systems, data and information from cyber threats and cyber attacks. Dr. Al-Khafaji also pointed out the importance of providing the local community with competent and qualified cadres in the fields of cybersecurity. The course was attended by the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Professor Dr. Muslat Shaaban Hussein, and a number of teaching staff and employees, and was managed by Professor Dr. Sabah Rasool Al-Jabri.
