In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to implement the National Strategy for Education and Higher Education for the year 2024 and under the patronage of the Dean of Al-Hussein University College, Professor Dr. Saleh Mahdi Maaraj Al-Qarawi, the Continuing Education Division at the College held a training course entitled (Developing Legal Skills) . Dr. Salah Muhammad Hassan Al-Safi, a faculty member at the College, lectured in it. The course included two axes: the first is constitutional rights and the second is civil rights. In the first axis, the lecturer focused on the fact that the people are the source of authority and touched on elections and their impact on the continuation of the regime in the country, in addition to the peaceful transfer of power and political participation. As for the second axis, the lecturer addressed these basic civil rights protected by the Constitution and all of these equal rights before the law and equal opportunities, in addition to other civil rights such as the right to property, housing, personal freedoms and granting citizenship. The seminar was attended by the Scientific Assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Abdullah and a number of teaching staff and employees, and was moderated by Professor Dr. Sabah Rasool Al-Jabri.
