Scientific seminar entitled: Artificial Intelligence Applications in the Field of Cybersecurity

In accordance with the directives of the esteemed Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the year 2024 regarding holding training courses in the field of cybersecurity and under the patronage of the Dean of Al-Hussein University College, Professor Dr. Saleh Mahdi Maaraj Al-Qarawi, the Continuing Education Division held (Artificial Intelligence Applications in the Field of Cybersecurity). It was lectured by Assistant Professor Dr. Saif Hussam Abdul Wahid Al-Amri, Head of the Department of Information and Communication Technology Engineering, and Dr. Muhammad Redha Saeed Al-Hindawi, Secretary of the College Council, where Dr. Al-Hindawi focused on the basics of artificial intelligence used in cybersecurity and addressed its different types and models and the extent of its impact on protecting electronic systems from cyber attacks, while Assistant Professor Dr. Al-Amri referred to the basic units that make up cybersecurity with realistic examples for the purpose of educating everyone about the dangers of cyber attacks. The course was attended by the Scientific Assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Abdullah, and the Administrative Assistant, Professor Dr. Muslat Shaaban Hussein, and a number of heads of scientific departments, teaching staff and employees, and was managed by Professor Dr. Sabah Rasool Al-Jabri.
